SHIPPING POLICY

Upon Placing Your Order, It Will Takes Usually 3-7 business days to Process and Ship  (Monday to Friday do not include weekends )

If a change needs to be made, please notify us immediately if you discover you made the error.

We are not responsible for mistakes made by you upon receiving your orders Or shipping to the wrong address.

It's your responsibility to verify your shipping address before submitting your order.

All orders must times ship via UPS AND USPS. More importantly, you will receive a tracking number upon shipping through the email provided.

RETURN & REFUND POLICIES

We do not offer returns or exchanges on our products. All Sales are final.


My order is lost/stolen/missing. What are my options? Please remember that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once your order has shipped.

If you are still waiting to receive your order after seven business days of being shipped, you must report it to us via email using the Contact Page within 48 hours, and we will assist you in contacting UPS Or USPS. If an item is lost in the mail, we will work with you to file a claim/or do it for you with USPS to find the item. We will resend your order using signature confirmation if USPS grants a refund for the lost items. If items within your order are no longer in stock, we will be sure to work with you to find suitable replacements.
